I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being very close to Patong beach and Bangla Road. It was so convenient to just walk a few minutes and be right on the waterfront or have a few drinks at the nearby bars. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. They were helpful and attentive, making sure that everything was in order. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, just like in the pictures. I particularly loved the mountain view and the great air conditioning. Plus, it was a bonus that breakfast was not included, as it gave me the freedom to explore different dining options in the area.

No elevator: Although this hotel offers many positives, one aspect that could be improved is the lack of an elevator. It may be difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage to climb the stairs to their rooms.

Some of the receptionists were not professional and provided unhelpful advice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, with the lady receptionist being particularly knowledgeable about local tours and activities. We enjoyed taking advantage of the motorbike rental service to explore the nearby area. the hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

The continental breakfast became repetitive after a few days, consisting mainly of toast, cereals, and yogurt. the bathroom could have been cleaner, and we had to request shampoo and soap.

Nice room and good location. Stayed here for a city trip. The room was really nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great as it was easy to get around the city from this point. The hotel was located near many restaurants which meant we didn't need to go far for dinner.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the service and staff during our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Patong and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the price I paid for the quality I received. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was reasonably close to Patong beach and within walking distance to markets, which was so convenient. Lastly, the rooms were exactly as pictured - the kitchenette was a great addition and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also had a great AC system which kept the room nice and cool.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't fault a thing.
